Service Operation Procedure


1 Machinery for sale


Maintenance at least two times made by service center monthly and fill out the form of "maintenance report of machinery for sale", if problems occurs, must solve it immediately and fill out "registration report of spot service"


2 Automatic sevice


To guide users with correct operation method and examine possible problems timely to make products in the best condition.


(1) 10Days after sale table for care and service

Within 5-15 days after the sale of products reach the customer and offer stipulated maintenance ,and users should contact services center after the use time of about 600 hours.

(2) 3 Months (600 hours) after sale table for care and service

Within 60-100 days after the sale of products reach the customer and offer stipulated maintenance ,and with heavy used machine, users should contact services center after each use time of about 600 hours.

(3) 6 Months after sale table for care and service within 170-180 days after the sale of products reach the customer and offer stipulated maintenance.

(4) Services personnel will contact user in advance to make users a full preparation for the withdrawable oil and filter. if problems occurs ,must solve it immediately and fill out "registration report of spot service"


3 Repair services


(1) Service center should take quick action when get repair information.

(2) When on the spot ,service personnel should present "service card" firstly to check the reference No carefully.

(3) As to the breakdown of diesel, service center should faxed information card directly to "FUDA after-sale service department"

(4) Service center should take quick action after overhaul requirement from users.

(5) For the repair of tyre ,service personnel will appoint manufactory to the spot to check and solve as the agreement between manufactory and "FUDA"

(6) For the heavy breakdown, ,when necessary should present photos and faxed it to FUDA after-sale service center, and get repair advice from leadership.

(7) Service personnel should make an overall examination.

(8) For each overhaul and examination , service personnel must fill out relevant table and confirmed signature by users.

(9) Service personnel must forward used parts to warehouse for stock.

(10) Notice: incomplete and wrong reference No on the table will be taken as invalid .


4 Service after warranty


Every service center should start overhaul service to meet long-term requirements from customers. Fees for overhaul after warranty should be based on rational range.
